Our reasons for becoming financial professionals are deeply personal. We repeatedly saw many friends and family struggling to find the help they needed to map out their financial future. We are confident that with our understanding of personal finance, coupled with our training as financial professionals, we can help people better prepare for the future. After years in the business, we have developed a reputation for educating individuals in an easy-to-understand manner so they can grasp personal finance and use those concepts to pursue their financial objectives. We feel a commitment to our community.
Sr. Vice President, Wealth Management
For almost 15 years now in the financial services industry, I have had the privilege of working with business owners, professionals, pre-retirees and their families. My career began with the First Republic Group in New York City. After I served as a branch manager for over 8 years with Investors Capital Corp, I made the decision to become an independent Wealth Advisor in 2016, joining National as a Sr. Vice President of Wealth Management . The role of independence is important as I am committed to working in the best interests of my clients alone, free from the potential conflicts of proprietary interests or products.
As your Wealth Advisor, I build custom solutions to create, manage and protect wealth of my clients, employing all of the vast resources my firm and custodial partner, Fidelity, have to offer. By acting as a fiduciary advisor, I believe in complete transparency and an effective communication process that is tailored to your specific needs.
I grew up in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from St. Francis College, majoring in Finance and Business Management and was the recipient of the Harold Geneen Scholarship, given for academic performance in memory of Harold Geneen, the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ITT. I now reside in Goshen, NY with my wife and two children where I am an active member of the Goshen Chamber of Commerce.
When not busy working for my clients, I enjoy traveling with the wife and kids, target shooting sports and hold a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwondo.
With almost 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have had the pleasure of working with attorneys, doctors, government employees, business owners, young professionals and individuals approaching retirement. Throughout my journey, it has always been a priority of mine to do whatever it takes to not only create a way for my clients to achieve financial success and stability, but to assure their families are doing so as well.
After starting my career at Investors Capital Corporation and working there for close to 6 years, I decided that it was in the best interest of my clients to take my experience and skill set to a new level and branch off as an independent wealth manager. In June of 2016, I joined the National Securities Corporation team as a Sr. account executive of investment management. Making the decision to go independent has not only helped me expand in many facets of the financial services industry, but, more importantly, it has helped my clients immensely.
I pride myself on building custom financial plans for each client's individual goals and objectives. In doing so I am able to help clients create, build, and protect their wealth. Having access to the Fidelity platform was a major selling point in my decision to join National. This platform has allowed my clients to have access to ample opportunities and investment options that would not have been possible before joining this firm.
I strongly believe in building a personal relationship with each client as their comfort-ability is vital to building a lifetime of wealth. I am very passionate about what I do and love to help my client's and their families reach all of their financial goals.
As a Connecticut native, my career in finance started at Central Connecticut State University, where I graduated with a bachelor's in finance. While at CCSU I was also had the opportunity of being a member of their division 1 baseball team as a left-handed pitcher. When not in the classroom or baseball diamond, I spent the remainder of my time as the president of the chess club.
After college, I moved to Manhattan where I spent the first 6 years of my career. I now reside in Orange County with my wife, daughter, 3 dogs and a horse. On the weekends, when I am not meeting with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, making maple syrup, training our German Shepherds, trail riding, exercising, and going to church.
